Ordering Details
ORDERING
Orders may be placed by phone, email, fax or on our website. Minimum opening orders begin at $250 and minimum reorders at $100. Average shipping times for stocked items are 2-3 days. Items not in stock or special orders require an average of 3-5 weeks delivery time.
TERMS
All initial orders are billed via Visa, Master Card or American Express. Your credit card will not be charged until your order is ready to ship. After the initial order, you may apply for Net 30 terms. Credit application forms are available online or by request.
SHIPPING
All shipments will be sent from South San Francisco, CA via FedEx ground. We have a freight cap system for orders. For orders below $250, freight will reflect actual cost; $251-1000 freight is capped at 15%; $1001-5000 freight is capped at 12.5%; and over $5000 freight is capped at 10%. Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico & International orders will be billed at actual cost.

PRODUCT RETURN POLICY AND PROCEDURE
Despite our quality assurance efforts, damages can occur in production or transit and order processing errors can be made. Please inspect all merchandise carefully. We want you to be as proud to sell our products as we are to produce it. If any damages have occurred or you are not completely satisfied with your order, please follow the return instructions included with your shipment within seven (7) days of receipt of shipment. Without such notification, it will be understood that the customer has completely accepted the order as shipped and invoiced. Credits will only be issued when ARTEflorum, Inc. has received the returned goods.
BACKORDERS
Back orders below $35 will be canceled unless you instruct us differently. All other back orders will be shipped when they become available. All cancellations need to be called in to us or sent to us on company letterhead and will only be accepted if the product has not been shipped.
CUSTOM DESIGNSARTEflorum, Inc. prides itself on creative, innovative designs. We will be happy to work with you on developing a custom design or project. Our team of experienced designers will work closely with you to ensure that your order matches your requirements and specifications. Please note that custom design orders have minimum requirements.
